SNOOP INVESTS INTO A LAFL TEAM

Snoop Dogg is well known in the Urban, Suburban and Corporate communities, for his music to his appearances in movies.

One thing we do know he loves his sports from him being a die-hard Lakers, Steelers and USC Trojan fan. He also has a youth football league in California, that contains 8 teams from different areas. The League is called the Snoop Youth Football League. It is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization founded to provide the opportunity for Inner-City children to participate in youth football. It services children between the ages of five to thirteen. The Motto is to teach them the values of teamwork, being good sportsman, disciple, and self respect while also stressing the importance of academics.

Now Snoop can add another notch of sports under his belt. He just invested his money into the newly-formed Lady Arena Football League. He is also the first celebrity to support the League. The inaugural season is due to start in less then two months from now.

He has brought into the Los Angeles Riderettes by buying shares into them. The Riderettes has held Tryouts for the team March 10 in Carson, California.

If you are not sure what the LAFL is it's an 8 on 8 full contact football league that has females who will play in lingerie. They will also operate under the same rules of the National Arena Football League. Teams are currently based in Houston, New Orleans, Kansas City and St. Louis. While there are cities such as Las Vegas, Atlanta and Oakland slated to land teams in the near future.
