In the '07-'08 season, Boston Celtics put K.G., Ray Allen and Paul Pierce together and donned them "The Big Three". They were able to capture a Championship along with Rondo running PG and Kendrid Perkins running the C. The rest of the seasons they came up big in the regular season and short in the playoffs.
They were recently eliminated from getting to the promise land one more time, to the hands of the Miami Heat in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals game. This is where the team starts to shake up. It will be very interesting to see the veteran's return to Boston.
With all this talk about a rebuild to the Celtics Organization, the Big Ticket Kevin Garnett is not interested, stated a team source.
They believe Kevin is very loyal and don't believe in change. He do not want to come back if it will be a total rebuild. If he is going to play it will have to be for something and not just to teach the younger talent who are signed on.
Danny Ainge is going to have to let K.G. know what he is going to do with the team.
KG and Ray Allen become free agents on July 1st. Would you want to see them on other teams or back with Boston and retire there?
