D. ROSE CASHES IN w/ADIDAS

Just months after signing a 5 year $95 million extension with the Chicago Bulls, it's rumored that Derrick Rose  signed a 13 year, $185 million extension from Adidas on Friday.  Mr. M.I. of Total Sports Talk reported. Mr. Rose, at the ripe age of 23 years old, has gotten some serious fresh cash. This puts him in the $200million club after his incentives. The good side is I don't think it’ll go to Rose’s head though, all accounts are that his only thoughts are on winning an NBA title. He wants that ring more than anything. Other than Kobe Bryant, no other NBA player has had that desire for a title since "Your Airness" Mr. Michael Jordan. Many athletes are what I call paycheck players. These are players that hit pay dirt and then their motivation and skill bite the dust behind it. Rose doesn't appear to be this type. In a recent interview he was asked what his off the court hobbies were and he responded, “sleep.” What?  A high paid NBA player isn’t out clubbing every night? Wow, never thought I would hear that.
