Mike Wallace in...purple?

There is a rumor running around the NFL offices that the Baltimore Ravens will attempt to steal Mike Wallace from the hated rival Pittsburgh Steelers. The rumor goes that the Ravens will offer the free-agent wide receiver $11-12 million. By doing so, they will surrender their first round pick to the Steelers. Is it worth it?
