LAST YEAR THEY SCREAMED IT....... THIS YEAR THERE'S SILENCE....... BUT PAT RILEY KNOWS THE PROBLEM AND HE'S PREPARED TO SOLVE IT.

When you look at this picture what do you see? I see a black sheep whom couldn't perform his job at an NBA level if he was the dust mop boy. And for some reason, it hasn't been brought up in the media as much as it had been last year.

WHY?............ BUT I GUESS YOU'RE ALSO WONDER WHO EXACTLY AM I REFERRING TO.

The Miami Heat are on a quest to correct their wrongs.... to re-write their legacy and earn the right to scrap the book they started writing last year. But for some odd reason, this story is starting to look exactly like the one from the 2010-2011 season.

The team is rich with raw talent. but all talent needs to be cooked a little bit. And you would've thought that last years NBA FINALS torching at the hands of the underdog Dallas Mavericks would've put enough flame under this raw talent to make sure it started (and finished) the 2011-2012 season well done. But as of late, it looks like there sitting in a slow-cooker because some of the same issues are surfacing again. And this time, i don't blame the players........... AT ALL.

Coach Erik Spoelstra you are charged with imitating a coach on the highest level and being a complete numb nuts when your team needs you most!!!!!!! And for these crimes you need to be banned from the NBA and never let in amongst it's ranks again. Your time is done.......

Mr. Spoelstra has been caught on numerous occasions looking like a deer stuck in headlights when his team hits a bump in the road or is faced with a serious challenge. There's no excuse for a coach not having a legitimate game plan, or being able to make the proper adjustments during a game to secure a win. It seems as if the Heat has to come out and completely dominate an opponent for them to get the win. i understand how a coach can be spoiled by having three of the leagues biggest talents on the floor representing your brand, but those three men are out there doing a job, and will occasionally need your side-line view to help them get a better understanding of what's going on. And in the few games this year where the "BIG 3" have called on their coach for that intel that would get them over the hump.........HE'S FAILED.

IT'S TIME MR. RILEY...........AND YOU KNOW IT. SPOELSTRA MUST GO IF YOU PLAN TO GET AT LEAST ONE TITLE OUT OF THIS INVESTMENT.

DON'T EXPECT TO SEE SPOELSTRA ON THE HEAT'S SIDELINE NEXT YEAR IF THEY FAIL .
