BIG 3.... MEET THE 5 F*#K-UPS ...... BUT WE HAVE THE SOLUTION

New York City. Bright lights big city.......... and even greater expectations. But I must say, new York's expectations have always been reasonable. When they were lead just by Amare, the expectations were fair...... Then they added Carmelo Anthony in the middle of a season, so the expectations remained fair but fingers were crossed hoping for spectacular.......

Well the season ended as expected.

Then came the 2011-2012 season and of course expectations were high. But the plague of a proposed lock-out had all NBA fans paranoid that they wouldn't see their squads suit up.

Well the lock out ended, trades were finalized, and New York was flooded with talent as they were now a team that boasted a roster with Anthony, Stoudemire, Davis, Chandler, Shumpert, Fields and Novak........ and further down the bench was as Asian opportunist ....... And the head office was licking their greedy lips as the over seas tenure of J.R. Smith came to an end. So like any intelligent team, they scooped him up. So now you have Melo, Amare, Tyson, Baron, J.R., Shumpert, Novak, Landry............ and that little Asian dude at the end of the bench...

Injuries had Davis sidelined for the bulk of the first half of the season. Amare' had a death in the family. Carmelo had to nurse an injury, and the Knickerbockers (OH YEAH)..... along with coach D'Antoni were headed to a disastrous end as their season started 8-15.

At this juncture the Knicks had nothing to lose, so D'Antoni gave........... the little Asian dude at the end of the bench his shot........... And what did he do?................. MAKE SHOTS!!!!!! SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS!!!!!........... The Asian opportunist name was JEREMY LIN...... And the Knicks won 7 straight and won 8 of 9 games and wouldn't bend for anyone. During that run, Amare returned and they didn't miss a beat. J.R. was added and the go even better.

Then comes the spoils............... INJECT CARMELO ANTHONY and BARON DAVIS...............WHAT YOU SAY?........ YES, CARMELO ANTHONY and BARON DAVIS................

For some reason, in the middle of an impressive run, Mike Dum'Toni (notice the name change) decided he's add two players returning from injury into the line-up within the same game. He added Carmelo and Baron into a game against the Nets that showcased the Knicks at there worse. The team played horribly and took their 2nd loss during the Lin Dynasty............ But this is what the fans were waiting for. This was suppose to be the pieces tho send the Knicks into the top tier of the East and next stop........ complete domination of the NBA......
EPIC FAILURE................. The Knicks have gone 2-6 since adding Carmelo, and making Jeremy Lin share his game time with Davis. He's now forced to play 2nd fiddle to Davis, and feel pressured to get the ball to Melo. When at first, every player looked to Lin as the leader (including Amare). Chandler, Novak and Amare all did well with Lin as the designated leader.........And so did Lin might I add. but since the return of Melo, everybody has looked out of sync and played at a stuttered pace. When prior to that, everything flowed smoothly.......
The Knicks need to make a decision on what to do with this team. Because with the pieces they have............ LOSING ISN'T AN OPTION. They could create a serious contender if they would get rid of Carmelo and Baron Davis. Because you have a scorer in Lin and J.R. Smith if you take the shackles off. And Tyson and Amare can give you paint production. But Melo and Baron have caused this team to crumble. And they're looking worse every day.

****** TRADE CARMELO AND BARON or CARMELO AND AMARE FOR DWIGHT HOWARD*************
