TST-NBA POWER RANKINGS............. TONIGHT'S GAMES WILL DECIDE A PR TIE BREAKER

************* UPDATE ****************

SINCE OUR LAST UPDATE ON THE 6TH, ALL HOLY HELL HAS BROKEN LOOSE IN THE LEAGUE.............................................................

03/6: Orlando loses 100-84 to the Bobcats; Lakers loss to Pistons after having a 20+ point lead: The Hawks expose the Pacers a fakers; The Celtics slapped around the Rockets demanding their respect and the Heat ended their 2-game skid by destroying the Nets by 30.

03/7: The Celtics end a 4 game wining streak with a 32 point loss to the 76ers..... WHAT THE HELL!!!! ; The Lakers lose to the Wizards 106-101......... BLASPHEMY!!!!! ; Raptors defeated the Rockets ; The Cavaliers defeated the Nuggets; Nets beat the Clippers......WTH .............. But we're not done yet. This week has been NBA hell for all contenders.

03/8: Orlando man-handled Chicago from start to finish; Losing at the half and then going on a 3rd quarter run that would make you believe they were contenders, the Suns held on to defeat the "defending" champion Dallas Mavericks

03/9: Sacramento defeat the "defending" champion Dallas Mavericks; The LAC defeated the S.A. Spurs after gaining the lead in the 2nd quarter and never looking back; The Pistons dropped the anchor on the Hawks whom seemed to be on a serious steamroll into the playoffs; and last but not least........ The Cleveland Cavaliers turned out the lights on the Thunder after a 3rd and 4th quarter that saw the Thunder play their worse basketball of the season........ WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!

WITH ALL OF THIS BULLS*#T GOING ON, WHERE DOES THIS LEAVE THE TST-NBA POWER RANKINGS FOR THIS WEEK THUS FAR?..........WELL HERE WE GO........................

#1) CHICAGO (Yes, they loss to the Magic, which is unexplainable, but they fought hard and kept their integrity as they were dealt a serious blow by a Magic team whom were just determined to get a W.......... Which is rare.)

#2) MIAMI & OKC (Yes, a tie. Miami dropped 2 without one of their big 3, but upon his return, they have done nothing but win. OKC dropped a heart breaker to the Cavaliers that you'll probably NEVER see happen again for the next 3 years in sports. But it wouldn't be fair to strip OKC of their #2 spot, but we can make them share it.... The Heat have the Pacers and the Thunder have the Bobcats tonight. but even if both teams win, the PR can not have a tie going into the next week, so their performance will play a big part in this tie breaker tonight.)

#3) AWAITING THE TIE BREAKER GAMES BETWEEN OKC and MIAMI.

#4) ORLANDO (Earlier this week, they took OKC to the brink and lost a close game 105-102. Since then they've won 3 of 4 losing to the WORSE team in the league (Charlotte).. and then defeating the #1 team in the league (Chicago). They have the Pacers tonight, and the Heat and S.A. next. So we will see if the Orlando Magic are serious or not. Those 3 games happen all before the trade deadline..... )

#5) S.A. SPURS (No more excuses. You have Ginobli back so the wins should be rolling in, or you continue to fall going into the playoffs....... It's your choice. After last nights loss to the Clippers, I'm guessing we'll see another Tim Duncan sit-down very soon since that's the only way they go on win streaks.)

#6) MEMPHIS (On a 5 game win streak that's currently the longest in the league , these animals are headed into Denver and L.A. next week. So we'll see just how serious these wild bears are....)

#7) L.A. CLIPPERS (It's almost safe to say that the battle of L.A. will pour over into the play-offs this year. And the Lakers better add a piece or pray for their lives because the Clippers have owned them this season other than in one meeting that CP3 had to sit out. The Clippers have done extremely well against the top teams in the league unlike the Lakers whom have struggled against the top teams, but easily abuse the midway and bottom feeders.)

#8) L.A.LAKERS (After an embarrassing 2 game skid against the Pistons and the Wizards, the Lakers bounced back against a contender and defeated the Timberwolves 105-102 with Kobe and Andrew leading the charge.)

#9) PHILADELPHIA 76ERS (on a 2 game win streak where they destroyed the Celtics by 32pts, they 76ers look to make us all believers..... And oh boy do they have their chance...... Next week will show us just how much of an Eastern Conference contender they are as they have the Knicks, Pacers, Miami and Chicago on their agenda....... it's PUT UP OR SHUT UP in the Eastern Conference next week...... And TST will be paying close attention to the match-ups)

#10) DENVER (With Atlanta, Dallas and Indiana losing 2 in a row, and the Celtics receiving a ridiculous blowout against the 76ers, the Nuggets whom always go hard and play with integrity versus all competitors lock in the 10th spot after winning 5 of their last 6 which included wins over Houston, Portland and San Antonio...... They have the Grizzlies tomorrow, which should be a good one. But it seems as if they have the #10 spot locked in for week ending 03/10/12.)
