TST-NBA POWER RANKINGS W/E 03/17

Wellllll!!!!! .........Just when I thought things were very clear in the East and  Western Conferences. David Stern waves his wand (yes, Mr. M.I. believes Stern is rigging games) and the conference seedings aren't as set as they seemed to be 2 weeks ago......And some of that may be reflected in this weeks TST-NBA POWER RANKINGS.......

SO LET US BEGIN..................

#1) CHICAGO....... (Remaining at #1 with the leagues best record, on a 3 game win streak and just finished dusting off the Miami Heat...........WITHOUT D.ROSE!!!!........ The Bulls hold onto that number one spot.

#2) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER ............... (Tomorrows game versus the San Antonio Spurs will determine if this spot is secure or not. And then the Heat also have a game against the 76ers which will play a part in this top 4-5 PR RANKING)

#3) SAN ANTONIO SPURS .................(On a 2 game win streak and doing exactly what I suggested last week.......... GETTING THERE SHIT TOGETHER WITH/WITHOUT A HEALTHY GINOBLI......The Spurs are a more resilient team than I'm giving them credit for. And then did this without resting Timmy...... I tip my hat.

#4) MIAMI ...............( Yes, #4...... Lebron has the nerve to say, "We underestimated their team once we heard D. Rose wasn't playing".........What the hell!!!!!....... That doesn't explain why yall allowed the Magic to whip your ass the game before. Lebron stop your dam lies. Yall are playoff fakers and that's the bottom line.....)

#5) LAKERS ....... (Many may disagree. But they're on a 4 game win streak, of which.... Three games were on the road and two went into over time that they held on to win...... The road has been their back-breaker this season, and they're ironing out there kinks just in time to make that play-off run that the Lakers always pull off..... Bynum and Kobe has the team on there backs and players are getting tucked in nicely into their roles....... This season could end with a surprise.)

#6) ORLANDO ....... (Winning 3 of the last 4 and defeating all 3 of the other top teams in the east during that run..... INDIANA, MIAMI and CHICAGO...... The Magic are showcasing that they have a serious claim to the Eastern Conference throne. The East is up for grabs if you ask me.....)

#7) PHILADELPHIA ...... (Winning 3 of their last 4 including wins over Boston and NY the 76ers have Miami and Chicago in their immediate future......... they will have a chance to prove their right to be in the TST-PR)

#8) MEMPHIS....... (Winning 7 of their last 10, the grizzlies have been a solid surprise for the 2nd year in a row..... But a lot of the top guns in the West are either loaded (OKC) or built with a ton of experience (LAL & S.A.). So the Grizzlies have their work cut out for them.

#9) DENVER ..........(Having OKC tonight, and winning 6 of their last 10 wit S.A. and Portland in the mix, the battling Nuggets hang on loosely to #9)

#10) INDIANA .......... (I have no respect for bullies...... But the Pacers are staying alive due to a very weak schedule which was proven after a 6 game win streak against bottom feeders was followed by a 4 game losing streak against top contenders...... they have now magnetized 2 wins together against the Blazers and the 76ers..... But have back-to-backs against the Knicks to close out this week. If they can win BOTH of those games, maybe....... just maybe they are ready.)

*************************** NOTE *******NOTE*********NOTE*********************

ATLANTA, BOSTON, HOUSTON and DALLAS are all at the door knocking hard...... And after the Knicks released Mike Dum'Toni they seem to have a new energy about themselves also.... This race is about to get tight........ Keep it locked.
